In the last few days many Internet users from United States have reported having issues with the new Google Layout when trying to change the Search Location.

As you can see in the image above for some users the location setting is not available anymore. Same users reported that when changing the browser or only on page refresh, the option for changing the location appears or disappear. Most probably Google is rolling out some test related to the new layout
